I have always been interested in crafts , especially any involving textiles. My textile pieces have been exhibited in a number of venues including the Williamson Art Gallery, Ruthin Craft Centre and Theatre Clwyd. More recently I  have had successes in several patchwork and quilting competitions. But, until I started to attend Joe’s classes three years ago, I had done very little painting and drawing.  The classes have taught me a great deal.  Being shielded has given me plenty of time to paint and now I wish I had started painting years ago.
